Diverticulitis Library
Diverticulitis Library
After hearing a lot of people recommend books about Diverticulitis or related problems we decided to list the ones that were mentioned to us on the web site.
There are some great books on digestive problems, and the digestive tracts as well as books on natural foods.
However there seems to be a complete lack of books about Diverticulitis, Diverticulosis the foods you can eat, the foods you should avoid, and generally was to combat this disease. That is why we developed the End Diverticulitis Reference, with the help of Diet experts, exercise experts, inputs from Naturopaths. And most of all feedback from Diverticulitis Sufferers. It is designed as a complete all rounded reference to fight Diverticulitis. Click Here To For Full Details On The End Diverticulitis Reference

"Prescription
For Nutritional Healing" - Phyllis A Balch
This is an excellent book, it has heaps of great information in it
about healing the nutritional way. Eating right and adding
the
right supplements. Really worth a read, it covers
heaps and
heaps of other stuff and is very interesting.
"You
are what you ate" - Sherry A Roger
really good book about food
in general. Worth a read, talks a lot about todays
society food, medicine etc.
I found this book about fiber it is a recipe book, and while technically not directed towards Diverticulitis. It is a book on Fiber and Fiber in the diet, so should be very useful.
Stress
Management Books
Stress is the number 1 cause of a flare up of Diverticulitis. You need to manage stress. Here is a collection of
books that we found about stress management. There are quite
a few so as to give a good selection, some are simple some
are complex so there is something for everyone. Dale
Carnegie is my favorite. An excellent author. And
the "Dummies Guide" books are also great.
Passion
For Pulses, Nancy Longnecker,
really good cook book about using pulses, beans etc. These
tend to have been forgotten a bit in todays cooking, but are a great
source of fiber and vitamins.
